Welcome to the website for the Leeds Strategic Plan, which sets out the key priorities for the city. The current plan was agreed in 2008 and runs for three years until 2011. Download the Plan by clicking here. In 2010, the targets for the Plan were refreshed. You can access the new targets by clicking here.

We are currently developing the 2011-14 plan with partners across the city and this is the place to keep up to date with what's going on.

The Leeds Local Area Agreement was signed in March 2006 and will run for three years. It enables a number of partners across the city to work more effectively together to improve outcomes for local people. The LAA is an agreement between central government, the local authority, and local partners.

The LAA supports our efforts to work together to address that issues that matter most to local people, giving us greater flexibility to direct resources where they are needed most.
